Ewa Pilat
The Group Chief Information Security Officer at FNZ

Ewa Pilat serves as the Group Chief Information Security Officer at FNZ. Prior to FNZ Ewa held various security executive roles across financial, telecommunication, automotive and media industry. In her 25 years of professional experience, she served among others as the Group Security Officer at DWS, the Global Chief Information Security Officer at Willis Towers Watson, the Group Chief Information Security Officer at Jaguar Land Rover, and the Chief Technology Security Officer at Vodafone UK.   

Ewa has been named in the TOP100 CISO list of the world’s most outstanding security leaders in 2017, 2020 and 2021 as well as TOP200 of the most outstanding cyber security specialists in Europe in 2018.   

She is co-founder and active member of the Cyber Women Community, which promotes diversity in the cyber security. In particular, she is interested in early education of girls in the field of technology and supporting young, talented women.  

Ewa also serves as the Co-Chair on the UK CISO Executive Summit Governing Body at Evanta, a Gartner Company. 

Ewa earned her master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Adam Mickiewicz University and graduated from the MBA program at the University of London.
