Maria Magdoń

Head of Division of Digital Policy and Information for Entrepreneurs, Department of Digital Economy, Ministry of Economic Development and Technology

Maria Magdoń is a specialist in the field of project management and digitalization of enterprises, with rich experience in both the public and private sectors. Since 2018, she has been responsible at the Ministry of Development and Technology for tools that support the digital transformation of enterprises, including the development of the Biznes.gov.pl service, and oversight of the Entrepreneur Support Center. She is also in charge of cooperation with international institutions in the area of SME digitalization. Maria collaborated on the “Digital Safe Company Programme” pilot project and actively supports SMEs in becoming cyber-secure.

Additionally, Maria has experience in coordinating international conference projects acquired during her tenure at the National Bank of Poland and in her work at the International Project Management Association Poland, an international business environment organization, where she was responsible for communication support processes, promotion, implementation of ISO standards, and the organization’s rebranding.

Maria Magdoń holds an education in public sector economics (University of Warsaw), diplomacy (European Academy of Diplomacy and Polish Institute of International Affairs), and service design (SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities).
